Privacy Policy of the e-Service Portal, State Registration Service, Kyrgyz Republic Government

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) of personal information applies to information that the State Registration Service under the Kyrgyz Republic Government (the SRS) and/or its structural and subordinate units can obtain with the consent of user provided by him pursuant to this Policy.
The use of the Portal shall mean user’s unconditional agreement with this Policy and terms and conditions specified therein of processing his personal data; in case of disagreement with these terms and conditions, the user shall refrain from using the Portal.
InthisPrivacyPolicythefollowingtermsanddefinitions are used:

e-Service Portal – a single point of access for individuals and legal entities to public service information provided by the State Registration Service under the Kyrgyz Republic Government.

User – an individual using the e-Service Portal in an established procedure and providing a personal information.

Content – an information meaningful content of the information resource (newspaper, magazine, book, web page, etc.), as well as all the information that the reader/listener/viewer can use at his discretion, unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement.

1. Users’ personal information the Portal obtains and processes

   For the purpose of this Policy, the "users’ personal information" means:
   a personal information the User provides about himself on his own during signing up (creating user account) at e-Service Portal;

   other information about User, the collection and/or provision of which is defined in the SRS relevant documents.

   This Policy applies only to e-Service Portal.
   The SRS does not generally verify the accuracy of personal information provided by Users, and does not control over their legal capacity. However, the SRS assumes that the User provides a valid and complete personal information on the items in the registration form and keeps this information up to date. The consequences of providing false information are defined in Portal User Agreement.

2. Collecting and processing objective of users’ personal information

   The SRS may use users’ personal information for the following purposes:
   to identify the party for the purpose of agreements and contracts with SRS;
   to communicate with the User, including directing the notifications, requests and information on the use of the Portal, services, and the processing of requests and application forms from the User;
   to conduct statistical and other researches on the basis of anonymous data;
   to verify, i.e. to confirm information provided by the User.

3. Processing conditions of users’ personal information and its transfer to third parties

   The SRS keeps the users’ personal information pursuant to internal regulations.
   Users’ personal information is kept confidential.
   When processing the users’ personal information the SRS is guided by the Kyrgyz Law On Personal Information.
   The personal information provided by Portal Users is not intended for transfer and distribution to third parties, unless the official written request is obtained from authorized state body.

4. Protection measures of user’s personal information

   The SRS is taking the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect user’s personal information against unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other illegal actions of third parties.

5. Changing Privacy Policy. Applicable Law

   The SRS shall have the right to amend this Privacy Policy. If the current edition is amended, the date of the last update is indicated. The revised version of the Policy is effective from the date of posting, unless otherwise provided by the revised version of the Policy. The current version is at any-time mode at: https://uslugi.srs.kg/privacy.
   The current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic shall be applied to this Policy and the relationship between the User and the SRS arising from the application of the Privacy Policy.
